Terms and conditions
By accessing and using the Website and Services (purchase any of the related products), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of this Agreement, even though it is electronic and not physically signed by you.
General
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the website and make purchases. You warrant that any information you provide is correct.
Occasionally there may be information on the website that contains errors relating to the prices. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders in that case. We will inform you if this is the case and offer a full refund or the opportunity to pay the difference.
If you access third party services, be advised that your access and use of such other services are governed solely by their terms and conditions, and we are not responsible of such other services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data (including your data) or any interaction between you and the provider of such other services.
Intellectual property rights
This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by OnTheRoad or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain solely with OnTheRoad. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of OnTheRoad or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of OnTheRoad or third party trademarks.
Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Belgium without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Belgium. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Belgium, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
Return policy
Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds for the presets after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase of the presets.
On the prints and apparel, we do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the delivery date we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.
Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- Product is defective
- Product must be unused
- Product must be undamaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Shipping items – return
In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Depending on your location, a different return address may apply.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
